flapjacks 2

They are still cooling, but I stole one to have with some vanilla ice cream and they are fab!

I ended up putting sunflower and pumpkin seeds in, as well as the raspberries. And it took nearer to 30mins in the oven, I think because of the added moisture of the fruit.

I'm looking forward to them being ready, I'm going to take some to the allotment next time I go to keep me going.

I've tagged you on Courgettes and Fennel! Would you mind blogging six random things about yourself?

Those flapjacks look delicious! That is a good idea to prepare yourself with recipes, because if my experience of my dad's allotment is anything to go by, you will have an over abundance of raspberries! But do mind, you will really need a humongous yield to get to the point of doing anything with them, as I find that freshly picked, homegrown raspberries, are extremely hard to get from bush to tub [without popping in the mouth instead!].

We were scoffing strawberries today! Managed to bring some home as well, but only through a huge effort of will power.

The raspberries are getting bigger, but none ripe yet.
